    I have spent a large portion of my life in business for myself. I have held a Real Estate Brokers license, Spent extensive time in the road building business and home building business. My wife of 47 years and I have owned and managed HallMark card and gift stores and Camera and Computer stores. By being in business for myself for so many years, I learned how to interact with people and how to treat both employees and customers.  I decided to become an attorney so that I could use my extensive business and people skills to solve legal problems for others.

My philosophy is that legal problems are often better solved through negotiations than going to court. This not only saves time but saves money for my clients.  When a case is negotiated through mediation to a successful conclusion all parties are happier because they had input into the conclusion.

Question  and communication are the best way to solve many problems.  Before you call an attorney sit down and make a list of the points that you want to solve.  By doing this you will speed up the time you will have to spend bringing your attorney up to date on  your situation.

Company history Zimmerman, Rothschild and Associates, LLC  was established in 1996 By David Zimmerman, My Son-in law, and myself as a family oriented Law firm practicing general Law. David has opened an office in Mobile, Alabama while I Remain in Montgomery.
